Live Your Truth

Updated: Oct 21, 2024

Finding our courage to live our truth may be difficult, but we are rewarded to act in accordance with our truest truth.

To “live out loud” sometimes takes a tremendous act of bravery. And during these times we must try to rest, and be gentle and kind to ourselves. And be patient through the pain that often accompanies change and endings.

Remember that the hurt is likely to intensify during these transitions. But it will subside eventually, and a new world will constellate around and in you. A world that more accurately reflects the new you.
